PMO Check

PMO Check is a process for reviewing the performance of the PMO at the end of a cycle (e.g., fiscal year). This review is an opportunity to look back at the objectives that were committed to in the current cycle, and to assess the progress that has been made towards achieving those objectives.The PMO Check process is also an opportunity to identify any lessons learned that can be used to improve the PMO in the next cycle

• Maturity level: This activity involves evaluating the PMO's current level of maturity and identifying areas where the PMO can improve. This might include assessing the PMO's capabilities and capacity, as well as its alignment with best practices in the industry.

• OKR check-ins: This activity involves reviewing the PMO's progress towards achieving its objectives and key results (OKRs). This might include reviewing progress against OKR targets, identifying any issues or risks that could impact OKR achievement, and identifying any necessary adjustments to stay on track.
